Gabriel is a nice guy, his two man crew worked hard and got the work done in 5.5 days. At the beginning, Gabriel came by the house, looked at my 35 year old, 14K gallon pool, quoted $12,500; worth it. Said they would replace main drain cover (done) and eyeball fittings (not done). Pool is complete, looks good, nice new border tile and a medium blue finish instead of the white gunite base it had. It has changed the look and feel of our entire backyard 🙂

Gabe and team are amazing!! They have very fair pricing and they were able to take my 40 year old fiberglass shell and make it look brand new. I plan on doing more work with their team in the coming months around the pool/equipment and I would highly recommend them to anyone remodeling a pool. They drained our pool and cleaned it very well. I contacted them and they came over the very next day. They had the best price and did excellent work. Our pool was INCREDIBLY murky due to our pump not being able to be fixed for over a year due to complications, so I was so happy they went above and beyond with cleaning it. Giberglasd Pool Pros came quickly when I told Gabriel I had a leak.He started the job quickly .The men were very hard workers and put in long hours , but the complete( resurfacing the pool with fiberglass and all the coatings) job was done without delay.They were polite and cleaned up when they were finished.My pool now looks like new and we are very happy with the work done.I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve never had very good experiences with pool companies so I’m truly quite skeptical when I have to work with a new company. I was very frustrated when I was seeking repair work and decided to try Fiberglass Pool Pros. They were one of the few that actually replied to my request and after talking with Gabriel I immediately knew he was going to do a good job and be fair. I called Gabe at fiberglass pool pro every one in Wichita falls said my fiberglass pool couldn't be fix Gabe drove down to give me estimate on repair I'm telling you he said no problem his guys would make it look new again I hired him to repair in 2 weeks it's done and it looks amazing . Jobsite tidied up at the end of every day even though they'd be right back tomorrow. They left it cleaner than I would have!Being new to fiberglass pools, (I've owned gunite in the past) I had no prior knowledge of the process of how to repair and refinish a fiberglass pool. We have a pool that was put in the early 80’s and decided to have it redone. I started contacting fiberglass pool companies in the spring. I had a very hard time getting a call back from anybody. Gabriel answered and came right out to give us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable about pools , he measured the pool and discussed with us about what we were wanting. Gabriel sat at our back table and wrote up an estimate right then. We signed a contract and they were here a week before the estimated start date. He has an excellent crew. They were here by 7:30 every morning. Everyone worked very well together and definitely knew what they were doing. If I ever had any questions, Gabriel was always quick to return my phone calls( even when he was in Florida on vacation with his family) very professional. Our pool was finished early and it is absolutely beautiful! I am so glad that we chose Gabriel. We love our new backyard! The best money we have ever spent on updating our home.

I’m new to TX and after the freeze I had no idea what to do about my pool. A couple places said they would help but needed to take care of the current customers first. I submitted a request on a Sunday to see if they could take care of my pool he came out took a look at it on Monday following Tuesday at 1 PM everything was fixed in my pool is back in service. When our pool company told us it would be at least 8 weeks before they could come out to see if our pool pump was damaged due to Winter storm, I saw a recommendation for Gabriel Chairez on Nextdoor. I called and he was very professional and told me he would come look at the equipment. True to his word, he came and it was discovered we needed a new pump. Amazingly he was able to get us a pump and install it within 10 days. We also needed 2 valves which he also installed at the same time. We were lucky to find Gabriel and will definitely use him again when we need pool maintenance.
